MacOS installation fails, possibly due to proxy

The package installer should contain anything you need. That's unless there is something else in the process that is breaking the connection. That's the reason for letting the technical team look at any logs or reports.

Some users are able to use 1Password in the browser without the desktop application if that fits your need. Get to know 1Password in your browser
