2 years agoI'm happy that the PKG installer worked. As Tommy mentioned, make sure to update 1Password manually when a new release is available: 1Password Releases
Regarding your proxy/network, can you ask your network team to make sure that the following ports and domains aren't blocked: 1Password ports and domains
The problem with sending logs, from going by the instructions above is that I need to get them from 1Password! Which isn't possible if I can't install it at all. Not sure what I'm missing here? Is the a installer log file?
I'm sorry for the confusion. If you're willing, the team would be happy to dig into this further. Here are alternate instructions on how you can send in logs:
- Open Finder, and click the Go menu > Go to Folder...
- In the box that appears, copy and paste the following exactly:
~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.1password/Library/Application Support/1Password/Data/logs/
and press Return.
3. You'll see a folder called `logs' containing LOG files.
Please zip the LOG files and then attach them directly to an email sent to support+forum@1Password.com and include a link to this thread. Once you receive the auto-reply, post the Support ID from the auto-reply here and I'll be able to find your email. 🙂
