Master Password requests

I am asked for my master password at random times while using Microsoft Edge after using Windows Hello.  If I simply wait a few seconds and try again without doing anything 1Password opens right up. ...

I sent in the requested information.  The triggering event seems to be the Windows 11 update.  It appears that after every Windows update 1Password requires the master password regardless of the settings.
