Windows Hello stopped working for me completely recently. Might have been the switch to the new installer version maybe? I have it enabled but I ALWAYS get prompted for the master password, never Hello

30 days agoI'm sorry that Windows Hello isn't working for you anymore. As a first step, can you try starting your Windows PC to see if that gets things working?
If you still see the issue then can you tell me the following:
- Is Windows Hello setup according to the steps in our guide: Set up Windows Hello
- Are you being prompted to unlock using your account password when you unlock either the desktop app or 1Password in the browser? Or does Windows Hello work for the desktop app but not the browser?

Yeah I restarted several times already and did turn the option off/on again a few times.
Yes it always prompts for the account password, in browser and client.

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
