Mergeng Vaults

I have a 1P account with 2 vaults: Primary and Personal I want to merge them and have only Primary 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provide...

I do see the Primary vault in my browser version of 1P. It says ON ICLOUD and the Primary Vault is under that.

All this about the Primary Vault not being part of my 1P account sounds really strange to me.
