How do I reset ignored alerts?
Hello robertoborges! 👋
Thank you for the question! 1Password 8 includes a duplicate finder through Watchtower, try these steps:
- Open and unlock the 1Password for Mac desktop app.
- Click on Watchtower in the sidebar.
- Click on Show Items under Items with duplicates.
The duplicates remover tool will only look for items that are exactly the same and that are located in the same vault. You can read more here: Use Watchtower to find account details you need to change
I hope that helps.

Hi joisagile! I'm sorry to hear you're seeing a filling issue on the website you shared.
From a quick test I was also able to fill a test credential as AJCxZ0 mentioned. To help investigate further, I'd like to ask which browser you were using, the steps you usually take to autofill, and to share a little bit more about the behavior you're currently seeing. Thanks!
Please express "it doesn't" in terms what you did, what happened when you did it, and how that differed from what you wanted or expected. Be sure to include relevant details such as a Login item, the website(s) in it, etc.
When I visit the page, the 1Password plugin in Chrome identifies the User Name field as a valid field, but with No items to show. Adding a Login item with username, password and website set to the page you identified resulted in a successful fill and submission of the form and expected failure:
LOGIN FAILED
Invalid user name/password
Important: Your portal account will be locked after 4 more unsuccessful attempts. Log in again or click here if you need help with resetting your password. That is to say that it's working fine for me. Since I don't know how it's not working for you, I cannot advise on how to diagnose similar problems, and advising on how to diagnose web clients or the 1Password plugin in general is too broad. A good place to start for most problems is looking for other reports of the same: if none are found, or if useful advice is missing, then asking a smart question in which you indicate how you have tried to fix it and look for answers yourself.
There is a "Trouble logging in ?[sic]" page for account recovery if you need it.
