Migration 4 > 7 went wrong

Hi,

I migrated my standalone vault from version 4 to a paid version 7 (PC Windows 11) but that goes terribly wrong. I now have a list of passwords in 7, but it is not complete, items are missing. Moreover, all items that did arrive in 7 have a (very) old email address. Those e-mail addresses were changed at least 6 years ago in version 4 and they were even no longer visible.

It looks like I'll have to check and adjust every item - over 200 of them. And all those that have not migrated must still be added.

Also, all items from the trash-bin have been migrated.

What could I have done wrong? Is a recent vault-backup (version 4, agilekeychain_zip) of any use? What can I do to avoid spending hours correcting everything?

    I'm sorry that your migration from 1Password 4 went a little sideways. We have a migrations team that can help you get everything moved over to the latest version of 1Password. Please send an email to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread.
