Missing Items in Sort

With the most recent update for Mac (I'm on 8.12.0, 81200013), "Frequently" or "Recently" used listings are very broken. But its broken on iOS as well. First: it lists only those that it thinks are ...

The behaviour you're seeing when sorting items by "Frequently Used" or "Recently Used" is a known issue, and our developers are currently working on a fix. I've added your report to the list of affected users in our internal work item, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
