moving secret key

is there a best practice for sharing secret key between devices? i thought printing a key has its own vulnerability?

    Hello @1passquest,

    Thanks for your message. You can sign into the 1Password on different devices using your Emergency Kit or signing in through 1Password.com (or .ca/.eu). When using the Sign In option after installing one of the apps, you follow the onscreen instructions.

    Your Emergency Kit should be downloaded and saved (or printed) with account password recorded on, depending on how you feel most comfortable storing this import data. If you lose your Secret Key or account password, we cannot restore it for you or help you recover your account: Get to know your Emergency Kit
