My 1PW stopped working!
I have been using and relying on 1PW for almost two years, no problem. All of a sudden it stopped working on my MacBook Pro. The extension is gone from Safari and I can't get it back. I have sent multiple requests to support for help and have received various support people requesting additional information. I have tried everything they've suggested and sent in multiple screen shots. I could really use some help as I am unable to use the tool and have to copy and paste every password in order to access things daily! If there's someone out there that can help I'd be so grateful. It's case number #IPL-79145-132. The last response I got was from someone wanting to start the process of discovery all over. It would be super if you could look at what was already sent. Thank you so much!

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't working on your Macbook Pro. I see that my colleague just sent you a reply via email about an hour ago and you've replied to that. My colleague will reach out to you with another email as soon as possible. Please continue the conversation there.

If I delete 1PW from my Mac so I can reinstall to hopefully fix what is broken (see case #IPL-79145-132 - can't get the extension on Safari) will I lose all the PWs or when I reinstall it on my Mac, will they come back?
