My email changed a few years ago and I cannot seem to change my email sign in or my email contact.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to sign into your 1Password account. Are you able to log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app) using a different email address? If you are then you can change your email address by following this guide: Change your profile information and language on 1Password.com

If you're not able to sign in at all then please email support@1Password.com so that one of my colleagues can look up your account information and help further. 🙂
