add option to autoselect from third field on login to a site

i use cisco ISE at work and the login page has a third field in addition to the usual Username and Password for choosing the correct Identity Source from which ISE will check your credentials for access to the GUI. is there a way to have 1password automatically select the correct option from this field? ive been trying to get something like this setup for years in 1password but to no avail. 

if it helps, the option in the Identity Source field will always be the second option.
