My ex-wife infrequently uses our legacy, non-subscription app. She tried to open it recently and there was a request for my apple id sign in. I am now in a subscription plan and don't want her app synced to my current plan.

Why was there a request for my apple id sign-in and how do I not sync to my current subscription plan?
