3 years agomy fingerprint is not working on my iMac desktop. I cannot find a "button" to reset it. thanks
when I click on the Safari 1P App, I'm no longer given the choice to use my fingerprint. I cannot find a place to reset or start it. Your help is appreciated.

I found out that I had to redo my fingerprint on my iMac, which fixed the problem on Safari.

Hey @Osote,
It sounds like 1Password for Safari may be having a hard time connecting with your 1Password desktop app, can you try the steps below to restart things and let me know if you can then unlock with Touch ID:
- Right click the little 1Password icon on the top menu bar of your Mac (where the clock is) and select "Quit".
- Quit Safari by right clicking its icon in the Dock and selecting "Quit".
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Open Safari and test if it is working properly.
