navigating from chrome extension to 1P app

As a newby to 1P, I find it very difficult to access the app on laptop. I have the chrome extension, log in, but cannot navigate to the actual app. Seems like there should be a hyperlink. Yesterday ...

Hi @EriConda

Have you already installed 1Password for Windows, or are you only using 1Password in the browser?

If you have installed 1Password for Windows, you can open it from the Start menu. You can also open 1Password in the browser toolbar, find an item, then click the ⋮three-dot menu > Open in New Window to open the item in the main 1Password app.
