Need help to sign into tablet. changed from 1paswordx to 1password7 my secret and login wont work bu

Have 1Password x and on PC is OK, but had it on my samsung tablet and it has recently changed to 1password 7 and will not allow me to sign in as usual.Very frustrated

    Can you please send us an email at support@1password.com mentioning this issue? After you email in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot with a support ID that looks something like: [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it gets to the right place. Thanks again!
