Need to toggle the "Hold option to toggle revealed fields" on every launch
Hi,
Holding the option key no longer works when I start 1Password.
I have to go to settings > Concealed fields > Hold option to toggle revealed fields and toggle it every time I start 1Password to re-enable. Turns out this is more effort than it is worth.
I can see this issue also exists in the Windows forum (which I accidentally added a comment on).
Please address quickly as this is a 'quality of life' setting - not critical, but makes a big difference to the experience.

1Password version 8.10.16 now includes a fix for the issue that could prevent the “Hold key to toggle revealed fields” option from working properly after 1Password was closed and reopened.
You can find instructions on how to update here: How to keep 1Password up to date
Thank you again for reporting the issue. 🙂

Sorry JamesHenderson I had hoped it would be available before now. :( I do not have any forecast on when the full resolution will be in the Production build.

The resolution is in testing within the beta. If you're interested you can update to the beta. If not, no worries. It will hopefully be within the next release.
In the interim you can use command + R to toggle the setting on/off. This is mentioned here https://1password.community/discussion/comment/694137/#Comment_694137
