New logins not showing up

In the last few days, I have created several new logins using the browser extension. I have then tried to find them in the app to make edits, but they don't show up. I've tried restarting the app, bu...

Hello pengull! 👋

I'm sorry that you're not seeing new items in the 1Password desktop app until after you update the app. So that I can better understand the situation, can you tell me the following:

  1. When the login doesn't appear in the desktop app, do you see it when you log in to your 1Password account on [1Password.com](http://my.1password.com/) (in the browser, not the app)?
  2. Does manually locking and then unlocking the desktop app result in the new login appearing in the app? You can lock the app by right-clicking on the 1Password icon in the menubar and then clicking Lock.
