new Mac - my password works for 1Password.com but not for the app

I am using version 8.9.13 and my 1Password password works fine for the 1Password web site and Mac app on my other 2 other Mac computers.

My new Mac (restored using Time Machine) will not accept my good password for the app but WILL for the web site. Very strange.

Any fix would be appreciated.
