I'm sorry that you're having trouble getting started on your new Mac. As a first step, make sure that 1Password for Safari is installed: Download 1Password for Safari
Then, follow the steps in this guide to turn off the built-in password manager in Safari: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
Finally, you can configure the shortcut for Autofill by following these steps in the desktop app:
- Open and unlock 1Password for Mac desktop app.
- Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
- Click Settings.
- Click General, then scroll down and set the AutoFill shortcut to your preferred key combination.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
