new user - over an hour and still moving

1pw 7.9.10 user, trying to migrate over to v8 - process has been running over an hour, only 600 items and handful of jpegs. Is this normal? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Versio...

Thank you for posting the screenshots. It sounds like you're running into an issue we're tracking. You can quit the installer (it won't result in any data loss). Then follow these steps:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password 7.
  2. Confirm that you can see your items.
  3. Leave 1Password 7's main window open.
  4. Run the 1Password 8 installer again while 1Password 7 is open.
