No Option to Change From Annual to Monthly Subscription?
Hi,
Was pointed in this direction by the 1password.eu website, so I do hope it's the correct location.
My annual subscription is coming to an end in a week and I was planning on changing it to the monthly subscription, which currently shows as €4.39 but there is no option in my account at https://my.1password.eu/home to change that.
I can go to the monthly pricing page if I'm not logged in but when I usse the login option at https://1password.com/pricing/password-manager?currency=eur it just takes me back to my account which dpoesn't let me access the monthly option.
Could somebody from 1Password please advise me what to do or do it for me if that's needed for some reason.
I'll add that it is a subscription for only 1Password, none of the other fluff.

Thank you for the question! You can change your billing frequency by following these steps:
- Sign in to your account on 1Password.eu.
- Select Billing in the sidebar, then select Billing Settings in the “Upcoming invoice” section.
- Choose monthly or annual billing, then select Save Settings.
Note: If you started your subscription using an in-app purchase on a Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Android device then you'll need to manage your subscription with Apple or with Google directly.If these steps don't work for you then please send an email to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread so that our billing team can help further.
