If you have sent us an email and have waited for more than a few days without seeing a reply, please let me know the conversation number, which looks like [#ABC-12345-123], and I can look for it and see what's happened.
GreyM1P [#LXZ-26978-472] was opened September 25th and hasn't received a response. It was actually two different issues, completely and utterly unrelated, which were combined into a single ticket for reasons I will never understand. And neither one has gotten a response in 3 weeks now.
