Not getting face id in ios15

1Password on iPad Pro, Not getting the face id icon which i usually press and 1Password password fills in. What the heck has changed? How do I get it back?

    After you have unlocked 1Password with your password does it then work with Face ID for subsequent unlocks? Do you have Face ID turned on in the 1Password prefs?
