Not sure where I am with membership or backup?
Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you don't have a 1Password membership and are instead using a legacy standalone vault, this means that your passwords are just stored on your Android device unless you're syncing them using a different method like Dropbox.
Since 1Password 7 is no longer supported or being updated, I recommend that you migrate to 1Password 8 and a 1Password account. This will ensure that you have access to 1Password on all of your devices and that your passwords are safely backed up to your account. You can find our guide here: Upgrade to 1Password 8
If you run into any trouble then sent an email to support@1Password.com with a link to this thread and our dedicated migration team will be able to help further. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].
