Now the Win10 1Password App won't Open, Period

I can no longer access the 1Password app on my PC. It suddenly stopped working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it (twice now, restarting my PC after each uninstall). When I double click on the icon I get nothing. When I right click it and choose "Open," I get the same result: nothing. I can of course still access my account online, but that kinda misses the whole point. Any ideas?

    I don't know what 1Password mini is, but there's nothing related to 1Password in my notification area.

    Are you able to open 1Password mini from your notifications area, or is that also not working?
