Offline. Changes wont appear on other devices until 1Password reconnects.

Hi,
I am using 1Password on my Windows laptop at work. Whenever I login into the application, I get the offline message with the crossed out cloud icon on top of the screen, Pressing reconnect button doesn't make any difference at all.
I noticed the same thing on my cellphone application but when I leave the office premises, cellphone work fine.
I am guessing it has to do with a blocking?
What is confusing is that previously I was using Bitwarden on the same laptop and cellphone and none of them ever gave me an issue ever.

Talking to my IT guy, he asked me to find out if there are any specific ports 1password is using which are being blocked?
Unfortunately, if this issue is not resolved then I will have no other option but to revert back to my previous application Bitwarden which was not as feature rich but at least working.

Appreciate if someone can help me troubleshoot or direct me in the right direction.
