Opening Safari Changes Applications and Switches to 1Password

Thank you for those details. I've been able to reproduce the same issue on my own Mac and I've filed a bug report with our development team so that they can investigate this further and get it fixed.
For the time being, you should be able to workaround the issue by unchecking "Reopen windows when logging back in" when you restart or shutdown your Mac. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you 1P_Dave. I now have MacOS 15.2 and restarted the computer. The last apps left open before restarting were Mail, Messages, Signal, and 1Password. Shortly after opening Safari the focus changed to the 1Password app. If it matters, I generally do have 1Password already unlocked before I open Safari, and 1Password was already unlocked this time as well.

Opening Safari still switches from Safari to 1Password. 1P_Dave or others, if you have ideas I welcome them.
