Option to choose prefered date fields format

I would like to request an option in the configuration to choose the preferred format for the date fields.

Hello 1P_Dave. It's not respecting the format from the system, it's displaying m/d/Y while in system I have d.m.Y. I changed it the system format to Y-m-d, but 1Password, after restart, shows the same m/d/Y format.
As best solution, I would prefer to have an option in settings to change to a format from a predefined list, with default based on the system one.
