p8 will not fill in by pressing 1p in the menu bar
When asked for credentials the message from 1p says press 1p in the menu bar. When I do this, it does not work. I also did allowed for quick access on my Mac. however it does not work. What am I doing wrong?

Please check it might be asking for the browser toolbar. Are you using the shortcut
Shift+Command+spacebarfor Quick Access? Can you tell me more about how it is not working.I would highly encourage you to update all things Apple if you have not done so. Several important updates have been released.
