Passkey available from bank, 1Password not showing it's available

A few months ago, my small bank's login asked if I wanted to use a passkey for logging in. I did. But 1Password doesn't acknowledge it. I contacted support via email, and they suggested I wait a bit ...

Hello Just_Red! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to save a passkey for your bank in 1Password. Are you able to tell me which bank you're using? And is that bank listed on our passkeys directory: Passkeys.directory

Have you tried to save a passkey for the bank in question using these steps: Use 1Password to save logins and sign in to apps and websites on your iPhone and iPad

If you did try those steps then do you see an error message of any kind when trying to save the passkey in 1Password?
