Thank you for your patience. Our team has submitted a new version of 1Password in the browser (8.10.75.1) to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store that resolves issues with passkeys and this version is now available for download: 1Password – Password Manager - Edge Add-ons
Update to the latest version using this guide: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with passkeys in Microsoft Edge. Our team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. The issue is limited to Chromium browsers running 1Password in the browser version 8.10.74 (or the nightly). Safari and Firefox are not affected as this time.
Our team has pulled the version of 1Password with the issue from the Microsoft Edge store and is working on a fix. As a workaround for the time being, after making sure that you're signed into 1Password on another device, remove the current version of 1Password from Microsoft Edge and install 8.10.72.27 from the Chrome web store.
