Hello folks,
Our developers believe that they've identified an issue where a low timeout value set by Boursobank is causing 1Password's passkey flow to fail. A fix has been coded and is currently available in the latest version of 1Password in the browser. Please update to 8.11.0 or later:

I don't have any updates to share at the moment. For the time being, until the issue is fixed, I would recommend that you use a different authentication method with the website in question, such as a password, to workaround the issue. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry for the impact that the issue is causing. Have you tried either of the workarounds that I mentioned in the pinned post in this thread? If you have an iPhone or Android device, you should be able to save and sign in with a passkey using 1Password on that device by choosing the option to scan a QR code on your desktop device using your mobile device.
Let me know if that option doesn't work.

Yes, this is what you said on your previous communication.
The fact is that we paid for a software, the solution used to work, and stop working.
"I don't have any updates" is not acceptable.

Sorry, but this is unacceptable.
The issue has been standing for a long time now ; either Boursobank is unwilling to communicate (and we, as customers, would be pleased to help pressure them to) or 1Password is unwilling to solve the issue in a timely manner, which is concerning to say the least.
