I'm glad that you were able to figure things out! The native passkey prompt appearing when Keeper is installed is something that I've seen reported before. Thank you for sharing your findings with the community.

1Password isn't designed to be used alongside another password manager and it's possible that having both 1Password and Keeper installed, or perhaps browser policies from your workplace, is causing the native prompt to appear.
