Hello jimlongo​! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing a prompt that isn't responsive. The prompt is normal if the website that you're on sends a passkey request but 1Password is locked, you need to unlock 1Password so that 1Password can respond to the request. However it's not normal that the button isn't responsive. As a first step, can you make sure that you're using the latest version of both 1Password and your browser: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser

If you're already using the latest version and still seeing the issue then can you tell me the following: 

  1. Which browser are you using?
  2. On which website are you seeing the issue? Can you share the website address?
