Password generation bug

If I need to change a password, I open the 1Password extension and click the "+ Generate Password" button. In the example I encountered today, the generated password fulfilled the site's requireme...

Thank you for the additional clarification. I can reproduce the same issue, the password saved and the password copied to the clipboard should be the same. The only outlier is the password visually displayed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I've reported the issue to our developers.

That being said, the classic extension hasn't been updated since 2019 and we're now focused on the modern 1Password in the browser extension which would require a 1Password account. I recommend sending an email to support+tradein@1password.com to discuss the options available to you. 🙂
