Password generator history is broken

Earlier today I did a password reset for my recently-created account the website ControlD.com - I allowed 1Password to auto-generate the password.  But 1Password didn't save the newly generated passw...

I reached out to Tech Support, who shared a useful tip: open the 1Password  browser extension, where you'll see at the top a "key" icon. Click that, to reveal the "history" option to find all generated passwords.

That's different navigation than the official support tech note: https://support.1password.com/recover-unsaved-password/

Note that I can't find the same menu option nor a search category within the 1Password full app itself, but hopefully this will help future troubleshooters.

I'm sorry that you ran into an issue when saving a password using 1Password. Since you're currently working with our team over email, I recommend continuing the conversation there. 

To avoid duplication of efforts, I'll close this thread.
