Is there a way to set settings for Password Generator, before creating new login?

Ok, that is good to know how to make settings in the browser.
How about the Desktop or Android/iOS Apps, is there a way to open "Password Generator" the same way to perform the same settings?
I create most of my logins from my Android device, when I create accounts for apps, and would like to have this option on the app as well. Not the most critical, I know once you make the settings for a new password, the settings are saved, but might be nice feature to add to the apps.
