Password History tracking failing for Server and Database items

Appears to be hit or miss on whether it shows at 1password.com. One of those 7 actually did have the previous entry that expired in late August. But the other 6 had the late June (which is better than the app, but not by much) and yet others that I hadn't changed this week but did change at the end of June still listed even earlier dates as the most recent change.
