password options not showing in browser pop-over frame....
So 1P was locked. and I visited https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/139872 which did a pop-up prompting me to login. I already have a login for this site, but 1P icon in the username/password fields only ...

I couldnt get to reproduce it with refreshing the tab or in a new private (incognito) browser window. I think it reads the old cookie and sees that i havent visited in a while (returning visiter); just guessing... Not entirely sure.
I dont remember getting it all the time previously also.
I might try closing the browser window and visiting again tomorrow or later tonight.
