Password recommendations not matching

When I click the username field on webpage, it’s showing correct login information (“parth”) in dropdown but if you see 1Password pop up on the bottom, it’s suggesting me completely different usernam...

Hello parthp! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing the wrong username from Password AutoFill (the prompt with the blue button) on your iPhone. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me:

  1. Can you share the website address where you're running into this issue?
  2. Do you recognize "ProWiz"? Is that saved somewhere in your login item for the website in question in 1Password? Or in another login item?
  3. Are you running into the issue on any other website?
