Password requires multiple attempts before it works

I have this very annoying issue with the password I use most often with Chrome. The credentials fill in without a problem, but when I try to login, it fails for being a bad password. I have to refill and try again at least 2-5 times before it works.

1Password Version: 2.2.3
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 11.4

    To confirm, is this when unlocking 1Password, or when using 1Password to fill your information into a website? If it's a website, is this just one website where you're running into issues, or every website?
