Passwords not showing in browser and apps / iOS
https://1password.community/discussion/comment/721722/#Comment_721722
This seems to be an iOS-specific problem. When me or my wife try to log into an app or a website (I use Firefox, she uses Safari), and we click on the little key icon on the bottom right, 1PW gets pulled up but everything is blank. We then have to open the actual 1PW app, and copy and paste the login info. Please see attachment.

I'm sorry that you're running into the issue. Make sure that you're using 8.10.54 or later (here's how to check). If you do still see the issue on that version then my colleagues will be able to help further in the ticket you opened.

Hello everyone,
If you run into an issue where you don't see any suggestions when filling your login credentials using Password AutoFill on your iPhone then please update to 1Password for iOS version 8.10.54:
Lock and unlock the main app once the update is complete. If you still see the issue then follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap General > AutoFill & Password.
- Turn off "AutoFIll Passwords and Passkeys".
- Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
- Follow steps 1-4 again but this time turn "AutoFIll Passwords and Passkeys" back on.
- Make sure that 1Password is selected on this screen.
If you still see the issue after trying the suggestions in this post then please send an email to
support+forum@1Password.com
along with a link to this thread so that we can investigate further. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place. 🙂-Dave

I had rebooted a number of times before running that would solve it. But no luck. Suddenly is has started working. It’s still not seamless. It won’t present any items, but it will now present a search box. Once I click the search box, then the list populates.
I also toggled off 1Password in Settings -> General -> Autofill & Passwords. Then I waited a while and toggled it back on. Maybe that forced something to change.
I got a new phone a week ago, so I’ve been logging into apps a fair bit. Things were fine until a day or 2 ago, then stopped. And suddenly fine again.
