Pay with PayPal Popup & Passkeys

When I log into PayPal.com, my passkey works as expected. But... I'm making a purchase through another website and it opens a PayPal popup window to complete the purchase. The passkey prompt appears...

Unfortunately they do compete, but you will have to select one or the other. https://support.1password.com/disable-browser-password-manager/?mac

    As I noted, this is only an issue on this website. I have the built in password manager disabled - what is showing is the QR/security key prompt
