Personal vaults greyed out when trying to create a new password. Only work vaults available

Hi all, I have two 1Password accounts, one for business (1Password US) and a Family one (1Password EU). The default is my personal private vault. When I create a new account, 1Password offers to...

I have attached a couple of screen shots to illustrate the problem. You can see that the Family account has all vaults greyed out and that my Family > Private vault is my default vault.
