Please consider exposing the complete item details in Quick Access "More options"

Hello @ideabucket! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that you're finding it more cumbersome to access custom fields. As you mentioned, you can access custom fields from Quick Access in three steps:

  1. Open Quick Access.
  2. Search for the item.
  3. Press Command+O to open the item in a new window.

That being said, if you need information from an item's custom fields for a website like your library's then you can also use 1Password in the browser with only keyboard shortcuts to access a custom field and copy it to your clipboard:

  1. Press Shift-Command-X to open 1Password in the browser.
  2. Use the arrow keys to highlight the custom field and then press enter to copy the custom field's data.
  3. Press Escape to close 1Password in the browser.
  4. Paste as needed.
