populates all websites except RING.com

my 1password populates all website on my iphone, but NOT ring.com. when i go to ring.com, the key icon that opens 1password, is not present. all other website allow 1password. 1Password Vers...

Hello pathfinder76! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into an issue where you're unable to fill your login credentials into ring.com. I've tested the website on my iPhone and I can fill correctly when using Safari by following these steps:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to https://ring.com
  3. Tap Log In.
  4. Tap on the email field.
  5. Tap on the "Passwords" prompt above the keyboard (it may look like a key) and then tap your login to fill your credentials.

However, I'm not seeing the "Passwords" prompt appear above the keyboard when using a third-party browser like Brave. Can you tell me if you're using a third-party browser and if you're able to fill your login when using Safari? 🙂
