Prevent 1password 8 from locking on Mac and Safari

I have v8 and have set preferences to never lock, but it still locks sometimes. Also locks in the Safari extension. Is there another setting? My Mac stays on 24/7, and never sleeps. Only screen s...

Hello @akirson46! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password 8 is locking more often than you expect it to. Are there any patterns that you notice when 1Password locks? For example, does 1Password 8 lock after closing the main window? After closing the browser?

Can you also tell me if the following option is enabled:

  1. Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
  2. Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
  3. Click on Preferences.
  4. Click on General.
  5. Make sure that "Keep 1Password in the menubar" is enabled.
