QR code scanning isn't functioning in 1Password for Mac

Hi, I thought that unassigning/re-assigning screen recording permissions would resolve the QR scanning feature not functioning properly. I have tried the basic troubleshooting otherwise ... updating ...

This feature is the worst. I can't believe this isn't fixed yet and I can't believe it's not one of the highest priority items to fix.
