Thank you for the detailed steps. I can't reproduce the same behaviour on either of the Macbooks that I have in front of me. Can you please try to reproduce the issue one more time after restarting your Mac. Then, so that we can investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
